Emily Braidwood footbeds unique, full-length intrinsic wedging relieves your muscles and joints by restoring optimal ankle alignment to stop rolling ankles, while the air-infused, multi-height hexagons deliver comfort to prevent that burning ball of feet sensation. Suitable for use for the following conditions:

Suitable for use in any shoe when the heel height exceeds 4cm, Emily Braidwood footbeds can be transferred between pumps, wedges, stilettos, mules, boots, sling-backs and sandals.

Sizing
Our footbeds are designed to fit into all styles of shoes without compromising shoe space, size or style. Our omni-fit design makes fitting into shoes both with and without a removable liner possible.
If the shoe liner isn’t removable, simply place or stick the Emily Braidwood insoles into the shoe. If the shoe liner is removable, place the Emily Braidwood footbed under the shoe liner.
Please note, our design extends from the heel to just behind the toes. Our footbeds fit true to size (see below), unless you are wearing tall heels (8cm + heels) in which case we recommend you go up a size. If you are between sizes we recommend you go up in size.
