About Us

We are a small family business located in Melbourne.                           

At FootFeet we only sell podiatrist approved and trusted footcare products. Many of our products can only be found at your local podiatrist, but now we bring them to you online. We don't stock the best looking products, just those that work.  But hey, if they are pretty well that's a bonus!  

Planet 

As avid nature lovers and hikers, FootFeet are passionate about the environment. We are continuously reviewing the best options to minimise our impact on the environment.

Currently we use Australia Post cardboard parcel boxes which are locally made with recycled materials, and carry the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) logo. You can recycle these boxes in your regular kerbside recycling bin. Even our printed address labels are BPA-free and made from FSC material.

We send your parcels with plastic-free, minimal packaging. Carbon neutral delivery is also included on all our business parcels (thanks Australia Post!). 

Animals    

We love animals at FootFeet too. We are often packing orders with our dog by our side and the cat asleep next to the desk. Where possible, we have tried to identify any products that are vegan & cruelty-free to help our customers make informed decisions. Surprisingly, we are happy to say that many professional footcare products are made from natural ingredients.
