Directions
- Ensure your skin is dry and clean. Unscrew the cap and hold the tube like a pen.
- Apply the balm to areas that may develop chafing or blisters during exercise such as the toes, heels, between the thighs, under chest straps, under the arms, or around the neck when wearing a wetsuit.
- Exercise comfortably for hours.
