Service and communication from Footfeet were excellent. The arch pads are good quality. I glued them to my orthotics to give extra height - I need more support than off-the-shelf orthotics provide, and these arch pads have done the job. The sticky side has held the pads securely in place on top of the orthotics; the pads are comfortable on my feet; yet they hold their shape well. I ordered more ...for my other shoes. I recommend them. Most people won't be adding them to orthotics, just to the regular shoe inserts, but they will do both jobs admirably.
