OS1st KS7+ Adjustable Performance Knee Sleeve

The KS7+™ Adjustable Performance Knee Sleeve features an adjustable top band to keep the sleeve in-place and longer length to offer more coverage to taller users. It still features easy-on fit for continuous support day or night, acting like a brace supporting and stabilising the knee and reducing swelling using Compression Zone Technology®.

The KS7+ improves circulation, boosting oxygen delivery to muscles and speeding up lactic acid removal. This reduces post-workout soreness but also promotes quicker recovery and improved athletic performance, making them ideal for long training sessions. Thin and flexible enough to wear under everyday clothes without slipping.

There a 7 zones of targeted compression made on FDA approved machinery including:

• firm compression (20-30mmHg) in the upper and lower patellar regions for stabilisation and injury protection
• moderate compression (15-20mmHg) in the lower thigh and upper calf regions to boost venous flow and promote stabilisation
• light compression (10-15mmHg) over the knee as a 'Pressure Relief Zone' and and the top and bottom openings for wide and smooth comfort

Instructions for Use 

Adjust the top band to a comfortable yet snug fit but not so tight that it could affect circulation. Generally, make it the same tightness as the top of the knitted portion below the band, and don't forget the gel grip will assist in keeping it put.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash with mild soap and hang dry only.
• Always reattach the ultra-thin velcro to the band before placing in wash or with other clothing to prevent snagging onto other pieces.
• No bleach or fabric softener.
